REIN is user-friendly and effective at improving the quality of continuing education in the real estate industry. The program is designed to work around your lifestyle and busy schedule. Even if you have already completed some of your continuing education credits, you can finish your education with REIN.

REIN offers all 12 hours of mandatory continuing education credits in four seminars:

Seminar 1: Listing Contracts
Seminar 2: Offers to Purchase
Seminar 3: New Developments
Seminar 4: Working With Brokers and Other Industry Service Providers

Each three-hour seminar is divided into one-hour viewing segments. Remember, with REIN, you can stop and start the program any time you want!

Continuing Education in Four Easy Steps:

Step 1: Buy now.
Purchasing REIN seminars is easy. Click on “Buy Now” where you can securely pay for your classes with a credit card. For your convenience, there are a several purchase options. You can purchase bundled seminars as a set, buy each course individually or create a personalized package, depending on your needs. When you make your first purchase you will be assigned a login and password for access to your seminar catalog.

Step 2: Login.
Click on the “Login” icon at the top of the page and enter your login and password – you are immediately transferred into your seminar catalog where you will find links to the courses that you have purchased.

Step 3: Watch your video programs.
Once you’ve registered and purchased the seminars you need, you are ready to start. Click on the one-hour segment you want to watch and begin your stress-free continuing education. The seminar loads automatically and starts on its own! You can watch the seminar as many times as you like, for as long as you like, re-watch portions or stop and resume the seminar at any time.

Step 4: Take the test.
Once you have finished viewing the seminar, you are ready to take the post-test. Click on the testing buttons, either in your seminar catalog or on the video presentation screen, to open a test for the seminar. Answer the 15 questions and click “Finish”. Your test results are immediately displayed, with feedback on the questions you answered incorrectly. If you didn’t pass the post-test, you can choose to take it again after just 24 hours. Keep in mind—you will not see the same test each time. The REIN system automatically shuffles the post-test questions for every test.
