Do I need to download any special software?
NO! All you need to access REIN is an Internet connection. REIN
uses the software that is typically already installed on your
computer. This includes: Windows 2000/2003/XP or Macintosh OS
X, Windows Media Player and a browser (Internet Explorer 6 or
higher).
You will not be able to use your Blackberry or PDA to access
REIN.
Do I need any special hardware?
REIN will work on virtually
any PC or Macintosh manufactured since 2000. Just make sure you
have speakers attached to your computer.
Do I need a high speed Internet connection?
REIN programming
is optimized for high-speed Internet users, but audio-only versions
of all our seminars are available if you have a dial-up connection.
How many times can I watch the seminar?
Once you purchase a
seminar, you can watch it as many times as you like. There is
no viewing limit!
Once I start watching a seminar, can I pause it?
The video controls you have while viewing a presentation allow
you to pause, rewind, fast-forward or search for a specific
topic you’re interested in.
What if I don’t pass the
post-test?
If you don’t pass the post-test on the first try, it’s
no problem. You can retake the REIN post-test multiple
times, you just need to wait 24 hours to re-take the test.
How will the State of Wisconsin know if I pass the post-tests?
When you pass the post-test for a seminar, the results are automatically
filed with the Wisconsin Department of Licensing and Regulation.
With just a few clicks you can also print a certificate showing
you passed the seminar.
